The short version

Sustainable Business 360 is a content blog, not a data business. We collect as little personal information as we reasonably can, we don’t sell it, and we only use what we gather to run the site and reply to you. This page explains, in plain English, what that means.

What we collect and why

Contact data. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to respond to you and, if relevant, to follow up on your question. We don’t add you to any marketing list without your say-so.

Comments. If we enable comments and you leave one, we collect the name, email, and message you submit. Your name and comment may be shown publicly; your email address is not published. We use this to display the discussion and to manage spam and abuse.

Analytics. We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which articles people find useful — things like page views, rough location by region, and which sites send readers our way. This data is aggregated and isn’t used to identify you personally.

Cookies. We use a small number of cookies to help the site function and to power the analytics described above. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when one is set; some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do, but you’re welcome to.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We don’t share it with third parties except the service providers who help us run the site (for example, our hosting and analytics tools), and only to the extent they need it to do that job. We don’t try to build a detailed profile of you.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we’ll honor reasonable requests. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, decline cookies through your browser, and choose simply not to submit information through comments or contact forms. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and adjust the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
