Unilever Wins Sustainability Award From World Environment Center

The World Environment Center awarded its 2013 Gold Medal for International Corporate Achievement in Sustainable Development to Unilever. WEC’s Gold Medal Jury recognized Unilever for its long-term commitment to including sustainability in its business products and operations, as well as its previous efforts to improve global environmental standards. Unilever claims to address environmental issues through its Sustainable Living Plan, which aims to reduce the company’s environmental footprint.
